Integrity is one of the key values driving business at Marfrig. The Company is firmly convinced that ethics and transparency in all relations are fundamental issues, and continuously strives to enhance these values by providing employees and such other target audiences as suppliers with instructions and guidelines on good behavior and good conduct.
We are committed to continually improving our ethical and transparency practices: these efforts are concentrated in our Compliance Program, which attained five years of age in 2020. Since the introduction of the program, significant progress has been made on this front, ensuring that there is a culture of respect and the valuing of ethical behaviors.

The Compliance Department aims to establish a culture of integrity that will ensure that ethical, honest and transparent relations will flourish between the company and its target audiences. Marfrig is striving to establish a Compliance culture that will engage 100% of its employees. All these practices and guidelines, as adopted, make up the Compliance Program.
